It feels
so good to be able to see so many changes in our health and wellbeing.
Not only in ourselves, but many of those around us. 30 years ago, we
started to see more workshops and courses being put together. Most of
these were the basics of what we are teaching and sharing today. The
last 10 years we have seen bigger shifts towards opening up spiritually
or just being able to pinpoint more the ailments in our bodies. Along
with the wholistic healing getting stronger as the alternative healing,
the community is getting bigger each day. With the wholistic healing,
we can access and release what we are no longer required to hold onto.
Of course, this is free will. Free will, to make that choice to heal
within on all levels. Learning what we need to do to allow the changes
and the strength to embrace the new way of living.
As we do this, we also realize that we don’t need to hold onto what is
not ours, we don’t need to experience the same ailments that our parents
did, and we can live that more joyous life. Over the years as we make
changes, our body then allows us to make some more,,,, thus the journey
to wholistic living and newer life styles. Then we can take back that
power of being healthier and live our true dreams.
Take the time to reflect on what you have accomplished, the changes you
made, and give yourself a huge hug. Allow those who don’t want to join
your journey to continue on their path, and let yourself to let go of
them and their stories and or situations. We can not change what
someone else has created and wants to hold onto, as it is their
experience and lessons. We just need to be in the moment for ourselves
and our journey. We can lend our support, but when you are being asked
for assistance to be supportive of something that imposes on your belief
system and comfort zone, we can say no. And saying no to old habits
feels wonderful and lets you know that you have grown. Don’t be scared
to grow, even if your family is not there or friends. We all have more
support than what we realize.
Workshops:
January, there was 3 workshops on 3 Saturdays, that were all in-promto
and placed together upon request. The same will be for February 2012.

on the events page, please let me know. Also have weekdays open for
classes, and this is a great time for those who are unable to commit to
the weekends. The workshops from March to June look pretty full, but
this is upon registration. Don’t be shy, ask.
Treatments:
Treatments are available from Monday to Saturdays. 403-932-5350 or

Readings:
How about something a wee bit different from the norm. Pot luck brunch
or dinner and have each person get a mini reading. These readings are
based on time, and the group size. The host will receive their reading
at no charge. Travel costs may occur. Also, there is the option of
getting a Reiki treatment or Reflexology instead for the same amount of
time and cost.
